In 2019, AXA Climate was founded to help both private and public players adapt to climate and environmental challenges. At the time, our focus was on supporting them during climate events through parametric insurance. Today, we are over 250 people providing support through insurance, training, consulting, and software solutions.
The insurance line of business is dedicated to developing innovative insurance and adaptation solutions in response to climate change. We specialize in parametric insurance, which provides rapid and transparent payouts based on predefined triggers, such as temperature thresholds, wind speeds, or rainfall levels. This approach allows businesses, governments, and agricultural stakeholders to better manage climate risks and financial volatility.
