Descriptif du poste

Purpose:

The purpose of the role is to act as the right-hand partner to the Principal to help identify, plan, and execute the company’s vision and goals across the Third Parties & Investment Support Department (ie. “Principal department”).

Mission Description:

  • The mission includes facilitation and coordination to drive operational excellence, service quality, and continuous improvement across the Principal Department, aligning with the strategic goals of the organization, by working closely and supporting all his leadership team.

Tasks Description:

In addition to the previously outlined tasks, the role involves:

  • Support and accompany the Principal in his daily task execution:
    • Preparation of his meetings,
    • Monitor, analyse and synthesize technical topics,
    • Budget Management : Budget setting and follow-up in collaboration with teams, and invoice validation within her/his ’s limit,
    • Coordinate closure of Audit outstanding opened points,
  • Facilitation and coordination within the Principal department:
    • Act as the point of contact between the Principal department and other departments,
    • Contribute to the definition of the priorities of the Principal department,
    • Build a consolidated approach on performance management with consistent shared KPIs,
    • Provide any necessary support to the teams for the proper execution of their responsibilities,
    • Support the proper execution of main governance bodies, in close collaboration with leadership team,
    • Prepare and manage team meetings,
    • Drive the promotion of best practices, talent development and successes within the organization, showcasing the achievements of the department,
    • Ensure smooth HR processes for the department, in tight collaboration with division’s HRBP,
  • Ensure effective communication internally and externally for the entire department:
    • Prepare presentations for the Principal, delivering and cascading strategic messages,
    • Maintaining strong relationships with external service providers, vendors and internal clients to ensure seamless service delivery and budget management,
    • Contribute to the COO community (ensure strong coordination, share and gather relevant information, perform punctual missions when necessary…),
  • Deliver on strategic projects upon request, carrying-out specific missions for the account of the Principal, for the entire department and depending on needs.

Profil recherché

Profil

Formation

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, finance or economics,

Expérience

  • 5/6 + years working experience,
  • Experience in the financial sector, ideally in asset management,

Hard-Skills :

  • Strong financial background and knowledge (required level can vary),
  • Analytical skills and attention to details,
  • Third Party Vendor Relationship Management in an international context,
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken),
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and collaborative tools,

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication skills and diplomacy,
  • Excellent planning, organizational and prioritization skills,
  • Proactive and ability to work efficiently under time pressure,
  • Strategic thinking,
  • Integrity, trustworthiness, and discretion,
