Support portfolio managers by performing impact and ESG assessments on investee companies.

Contribute to the growth in the range of article 8 and article 9 funds (including listed equity impact funds).

·       Prepare impact assessments on investee companies, analysing their positive and negative contributions to the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations.

·       Prepare ESG assessments on investee companies, analysing the main risks and opportunities arising from Environmental, Social and Governance factors.

·       Support equity and fixed income portfolio managers by providing high-quality research.

·       Participate in meetings with clients and prospects to present company assessments and the research methodology.

·       Conduct engagements with investee companies to drive improvements in their sustainability practices.

Perform other tasks and projects as assigned from time to time (e.g. participate in collaborative and industry discussions).

Education/Qualifications

·       Solid academic background; preferably BSc or MSc in a finance or ESG related subject.

Experience

·       Experience in a research analyst position (impact investing, ESG research, equity research or credit research).

Knowledge and Skills

·       General knowledge of sustainability trends, financial markets, economics and politics.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
