Descriptif du poste

As a Fullstack Developer at Beev, you will be tasked with Designing, Developing & maintaining our new solutions. Reporting directly to your team lead, you will be building our new features and helping maintain existing ones.
As a small team we expect you to be very involved and proactive in the design & implementation of the developed features.
This role is ideal for someone pragmatic with a delivery oriented mindset and hands-on expertise, and looking for a new technical challenge to up their skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Design: Working closely with your team lead, you will be tasked with helping design the technical bricks from the functional specs and sizing them.

  • Knowledge Sharing: You must Encourage and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team by participating fully in our rituals & proposing POCs to try out new technologies.

  • Problem Solving: You will be the team’s anchor and go to person when everything else fails to solve critical issues.

  • Time Management: You are responsible for your work and delivery, we are looking for someone who can stick to a schedule and alert when problems arise.

  • Coding & Development: As a Fullstack Developer will be mainly producing code for production ready features. Quality vs Time spent coding will be your main challenge.

  • Testing & QA: We don’t want to be spending our time revisiting bugs, we follow a strict testing strategy that you will be implementing with the help of your team.


Profil recherché

  • Diploma: Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent CS diploma.

  • Experience: 3 years of developer experience using React.JS & other mainstream frameworks.

  • Communication skills: We are a small team and need to be able to communicate very clearly our ideas and challenges both written and in meetings.

  • Collaborative Team Player: Proven ability to work effectively with your team mates and adapt to new challenges.

  • Proactive Problem-Solver: Identify high level issues & work with your team to solve them.

  • Curious : We are looking for someone who is not satisfied with what they already know and is always looking for new ideas and has a knack to drive change.

Déroulement des entretiens

  • 1st interview: 30-minute introductory call

  • 2nd interview: Case study followed by Q&A with the team

  • 3rd interview: Physical meeting with Carl our Head of Engineering and culture fit

  • Reference check
