ENTER THE GAME 

The company is undergoing a strategic transformation driven by Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI). This transformation aims to deliver value across products, processes, and productivity while anticipating future GenAI-driven changes. The Strategic GenAI Project Manager role is central to this vision, focusing on the execution of high-impact strategic projects in key areas such as customer relations, application experience, and responsible gaming. 

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC 

The Strategic GenAI Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering a GenAI-related strategic initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximizing the value of AI integration. This role involves end-to-end project management, cross-departmental collaboration, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and business requirements. Success in this role will drive the company's innovation, efficiency, and leadership in the gaming industry. 

Project Leadership and Delivery 

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle for strategic GenAI initiatives, including scope definition, planning, execution, and delivery. 
  • Ensure alignment of projects with overall company strategy and objectives set by the Head of GenAI Program. 
  • Identify and manage project risks, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place. 
  • Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to deliver on-time and within scope. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Act as a key interface between the GenAI program and various departments (customer service, marketing, product, compliance, IT, etc.), ensuring alignment and engagement. 
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination among stakeholders, resolving any conflicts or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. 
  • Leverage input from technical, operational, and regulatory teams to design and implement GenAI solutions that meet the company's strategic goals. 

Innovation and Value Creation 

  • Translate high-level business goals into actionable project plans, ensuring that each initiative drives tangible value and innovation. 
  • Monitor and report on the business impact of each project, using KPIs such as ROI, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency improvements. 
  • Proactively identify opportunities to leverage GenAI to address emerging business needs and challenges. 

Change Management and User Adoption 

  • Work closely with the GenAI Transformation Manager to ensure successful deployment and adoption of project outcomes within the organization. 
  • Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure end-users understand and utilize the delivered solutions effectively. 
  • Gather and act on feedback from stakeholders to iterate and improve the project deliverables. 

Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management 

  • Ensure that all projects adhere to the regulatory requirements of the online gaming industry, including data privacy, advertising, and responsible gaming guidelines. 
  • Identify and manage compliance risks in collaboration with the Legal and Compliance teams. 

Reporting and Communication 

  • Maintain transparent and regular communication with the Head of GenAI Program, providing updates on progress, risks, and achievements. 
  • Create and present reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management, ensuring visibility of project outcomes and impacts. 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

This job is for you if you have: 

  • A Master's degree from a top engineering or business school or from a 1st-tier university.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects, or any other relevant position (consulting, CRM, data analysis) preferably in a fast-paced, international environment. 
  • Proven expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or equivalents). 
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, particularly GenAI, and their potential applications in business contexts. 
  • A deeply customer-oriented culture with an obsession for quality and detail   
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization. 
  • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach to challenges. 
  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, evolving environment. 
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, fostering trust and cooperation among stakeholders. 

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS? 

  • If your application is selected, Etienne will contact you within 2 weeks to conduct an HR prequalification interview (30 minutes). 
  • You will be asked to complete the AssessFirst Test, which evaluates your personality, motivations, and reasoning abilities. 
  • You will have an interview with Arnaud, Head of GEN IA Program and your potential future manager 
  • You will then have an interview with Julien, the Chief Operating Officer 
  • Etienne will conduct a final HR interview where you will also discuss the results of your AssessFirst Test. 

To provide an ideal candidate experience, the Betclic recruitment process typically lasts 4 to 8 weeks
