We are looking for a fluent (at least C1) French speaker. You will be fully integrated within our Sales Team (which includes Corinne and Christian our co-CEOs) and you will contribute directly to the growth of Carbometrix while developing your skills in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Market Analysis and Research
Analyze our competitors offers;
Help mapping our key prospects;
Conduct market monitoring to track trends in the ecosystem and curate relevant insights for the team.
Build and enhance our knowledge base on standards, regulations, market structure, and insights into financial markets and climate change adaptation and mitigation.
Sales Enablement
Assist in creating and updating sales materials such as decks; qualification tools, and pricing grids;
Maintain the Sales Knowledge Base (processes, guidelines, documents);
Help co-CEOs and Sales Team to prepare important meetings;
Support Sales Team in drafting complex proposals, preparing tenders and bids and updating strategic slide decks;
Work on consolidating new case studies to showcase our latest projects;
Contribute to improving the data quality in our CRM
This list is not exhaustive – as an agile team, you’ll take on responsibilities aligned with our priorities.
Education: You are currently enrolled in a Masters program in a top-tier business or engineering school.
Skills and mindset: Curious, and self-motivated, you are rigorous with strong analytical skills
Languages: You are fluent in English (written and spoken) - minimum C1.
Interest: You are very interested in sustainability and climate-related topics
Prior experience: You have worked in a startup, or in business development roles, or in consulting. Understanding or being highly interested in the financial sector (Private Equity, Banks, etc.) is a significant plus.
