We defined an IT device end of life policy, in order to offer the best tools to our employees. After a lifespan period specific to each device the employee who owns the device is encouraged to extend its lifespan if the performance and condition still meet his requirements. When those requirements are not met anymore, the device is offered to the employee or recycled by an expert company.
