For a very ambitious agile-at-scale program, which will have a strong impact on the whole Edenred Group and its more than 40 Business Units, we are looking for a Senior UX Designer for one of our Tribes.

You will integrate one of our Product Tribe of the Edenred+ factory, a Spotify-like product organization gathering 200 experts, from designers to product & tech, driven by the common ambition to create the future of the Edenred group for its Employee Benefits offers.

Your main challenges will be:

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, UX Researchers, Designers, and Product Marketing

• Contribute to shaping initiatives

• Lead discovery and user testing with Product Owners, supported by the UX Researcher team

• Develop effective design strategies and facilitate co-creation and co-design workshops

• Formalize design solutions (diagrams, macro-flows, wireframes)

• Present, justify, and advocate for design proposals to peers, team members, and other stakeholders

• Work collaboratively with the Designer responsible for mockups

• Contribute to the continuous improvements of the Design System

• Provide mentorship to Designers on UX design principles and practices

• Actively participate as a key member of our Design community

• Demonstrated interpersonal skills, matching well our values

• 5+ years of professional UX design experience

• BtoB experienced

• Written & spoken English (no need to be bilingual)
