Born in 2021 from the desire to make cities less polluted and less noisy, Electra is helping to shift usage towards electric mobility by tackling the main obstacle of recharging .

Electra is constantly innovating to facilitate the recharging of electric vehicles with a network of fast recharging hubs (15 to 30 minutes maximum) and a user experience simplified to the maximum.Based in Paris, Lyon, Brussels, Milan, Zurich, Vienna, Madrid and Munich Electra's teams aim to deploy a network of 14,500 charging points by 2030; proud to participate in the energy transition in France and Europe. 💼 Your Missions :

Under the supervision of Claudia, Head of Marketing, the primary objective of the Growth Marketing Manager is to implement growth strategies to increase our user base, boost engagement, and maximize conversion:

Paid and online advertising

  • Develop and implement the overall strategy for paid acquisition of our app, together with an agency
  • Design and operate all campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, ASA, Google Maps, etc.) : creatives coordination, audiences definition, bidding monitoring, day-to-day optimisations
  • Implement appropriate tracking of dashboards and KPIs to report on performance
  • Collaborate with our creative studio to quickly iterate on content
  • Adjust budget allocation and content with the goal of maximizing conversion and ROI
  • Experiment and define a “test and learn” strategy (new creatives, new acquisition channels, new audiences) to identify growth opportunities

SEO

  • Define the SEO strategy to improve our positioning on Google and Google Maps across the three pillars (content, technical, and link building)
  • Coordinate the execution of this strategy by working with our internal resources and/or an agency
  • Build tracking dashboards and analyze performance of your actions

Tracking & Data (Growth Engineer)

  • Implement necessary tracking tools to monitor the performance of marketing channels (marketing attribution model)
  • Own event tracking and make sure we collect reliable data across our acquisition funnel
  • Shape, prioritize and implement data automation & enrichment pipelines to scale growth
  • Manage all data on customer knowledge and segmentation (LTV, etc.)
  • Be responsible for consent management and ensure we’re compliant with regulations & best practices on user privacy

😎 Your profile :

  • 5 years of proven experience in user acquisition, growth marketing & performance. Having experience with app marketing strategy is a great plus
  • Expertise in Paid Ads and SEO
  • Strong technical mindset : you are great working with software and data engineers, and you are confortable with the following tools: Adjust, Mixpanel ,GA4 & GTM.
  • Analytical and performance oriented with strong attention to detail : you are able to build dashboards to easily follow & report on the performance (using SQL and BI platforms such as Metabase, Looker Data Studio, etc)
  • Hacker mindset : you take initiatives to get the job done, no matter how hard or technical the problem seems.
  • Ability to quickly adapt strategies based on market trends and analytical insights.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with different teams and stakeholders.
