Centralizing actions to support the backbone of promotional and communication activities (written and event-based) with prospects and customers and reporting to Direction.
Daily tasks:
Intercept, organize and record incoming requests from prospects and customers (customer/prospect classification, urgency of request, type of request, prospect qualification, etc.).
In coordination with the financial Department, manage the customers invoicing and all the contractual side.
Filter and distribute the contents of requests to the various departments (Technical Support, Finance, etc.) and centralize feedback to prepare responses.
Manage and update a catalogue of answers to the most frequently asked questions, together with the management and updating of the marketing presentations that support these answers.
In the case of invitations to tender, structure the timetable and the necessary response elements, working in “Project Manager” mode under the responsibility of the Head of Customer Care.
Collect, centralize, classify, organize, and filter all customers and prospects contact and company data, and constantly update the resulting database (email sources, social networks, website, etc.).
Perfect command of spoken and written English & French. Other languages are a plus.
Excellent writing skills in marketing and sales.
Actual technical mastery of the most used software for the targeted functions, such as Microsoft Office Suite (and VBA language), Photoshop, Illustrator…
Strong organizational skills.
Flexibility and adaptability in dealing with prospects and customers with different profiles, spread all over the world.
