Your main responsibility will be to ensure that the starting of a new client goes smoothly.
Tasks may include (but not limited to!):
Liaising with GPS tracker companies to ensure that a tracker is installed before the clients take the vehicle
Ensure that all contracts, insurance documents, and car registrations are all done in appropriate timing with the perfect information
Liaise constantly with the sales and operations team to raise blockers or challenges as soon as they arise, but also to proactively communicate on statuses of accounts
Maintaining the portfolio of clients to make sure that all their requests are handled in a timely manner but also making sure that we are on top of payments and various schedules
Objective : Ensure that all documents, legal requirements, flows of communication are handled perfectly, with a view of continuous improvement.
Bac + 2 or equivalent
Minimum 3 years in a comparable role
Impeccable organization skills with perfect verbal and written communication skills
Computer literacy utilizing various systems and applications
Bilingual English and French
