Strategy

  • Define and implement sales strategy

  • Seek out opportunities and prospect

  • Manage the entire sales cycle: consultation, negotiation and signature

  • Build a portfolio of strategic customers

  • Develop and retain a customer portfolio

Team

  • Lead a high-performance team: foster a culture of excellence by identifying, recruiting and integrating the best talent in line with our objectives and strategy. Provide regular feedback and coaching to improve individual and team performance.

  • Maintaining a high level of commitment and motivation within the team.

  • Implement business development strategies to seniorise the team and improve their performance.

Performance

  • Define and monitor individual and team performance indicators.

  • Draw up forecasts and reports to achieve the objective of making qualified appointments, in terms of quantity and quality.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts and partners

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Profil recherché

  • 5 years’ higher education from a business or communications school or university equivalent

  • You have at least 8 years’ successful experience in sales with a variety of clients of different sizes

  • You must have experience in a digital agency and good SEO/SEA knowledge

  • You are result-driven, pro-active, flexible and have an entrepreneurial spirit

  • You are fluent in English
