We are looking for a Junior Key account Manager to support us in the portfolio management of our Close To Home network of partner local agencies.
Your main mission will be to support Senior Key Account Managers to accompany Close to Home key partners from all Evaneos markets (French, spanish, italian, german) on the following topics :
Weekly analysis to monitor performance of our CloseToHome network
Identify priorities in supporting our network on cash flow management
Create adapted material that would help us to develop our network on Better Trips
Identify improvement areas for our key partners in order to deliver customed coachings on specific topics : internal orga, efficiency, support on recruitment ect…
Support the team in the daily run : push basic training to network for self-development, push adoption of our new tools, join phone calls, help them with their problems..)
Management of a project - get a problem, come up with potential solutions, realize steps, test, improve)

You are currently studying in Sales or Marketing, Tourism, Business…
It is very much needed that you have great english and that you are fluent in French
No other language is necessary but apreciated.
We’re looking for a person : open-minded, autonomous, pragmatic, analytical, and results-oriented. A first experience in account management is a plus.
