Your missions:

  1. Business requirements and project framing
  • Support and closely collaborate with the client’s Product Owner to define, clarify, and communicate the product vision and roadmap.

  • Liaise with the client’s business representatives to understand business issues, gather, and challenge their needs, and translate them into functional and technical requirements.

  • Adopt a user-centered approach, integrating major UX/UI best practices (personas, user journeys, etc.), and seek further optimization of the client’s business processes and ways of working.

  • Craft clear, detailed user stories to guide the development team in building the features.

  1. Project delivery
  • Size all delivery activities and tailor the project approach and planning, in line with Fieldbox or the client’s delivery framework (with the support of an architect or Tech Lead).

  • Onboard the delivery team and ensure that the project’s goals are well understood, and that each member is aware of their role, responsibilities, and interactions with others.

  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring continuous alignment with the product vision and roadmap.

  • Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives), ensuring sprint objectives meet all stakeholders’ expectations.

  • Ensure that delivery meets the client’s expectations and Fieldbox’s standard of Excellence (time, budget, scope/value).

  • Identify and assess risks that may affect the delivery, such as changes in client requirements, budget constraints, or technical challenges.

  • Report on progress (main achievements, issues, risks, and planning updates).

  • Document decisions, features, and product evolutions to ensure accurate and accessible records for all stakeholders.

  1. User adoption and value tracking
  • Support the Client’s Product Owner in defining the user adoption strategy, integrating all change management best practices (impacts on users, ways of working, related value generation, stakeholder buy-in, training, and communication).

  • Define and run the test strategy, in close collaboration with the client’s business representatives (UAT) and the development team (QA).

  • Design and produce communication and training materials, and run training sessions with users.


Profil recherché

Experience and skills required:

You enjoy challenges and adventure and are seeking an opportunity in a dynamic company working in an innovative and demanding industrial context. You are autonomous and flexible, eager to learn as much as to do, and know how to communicate your ideas.

We are looking for talent with a diploma in Engineering or Sciences (Grande École, master’s degree, or equivalent) and successful experience (3 to 8 years) in digital, data-heavy projects, preferably in the industrial sector, along with the following skills:

  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to seek and understand multiple points of view (business, technical, financial, etc.)

  • Know-how in analyzing and rationalizing business processes.

  • Strong interpersonal skills that enable you to act as an interface and a value-added connector between stakeholders from various backgrounds (business, technical, operational, decision-makers, etc.)

  • Good communication skills in French and English, with ability to give impactful presentations.

  • Ability to be proactive, make propositions and take initiative.

  • Willing to learn and challenge yourself and our customers, with the ability to adapt to different work environments. 

You may have to travel (< 15% of your time).

Candidates with the following experience will be considered in priority.

  • Exposure to the client on a daily basis in the context of digital services.

  • Exposure to industrial engineering and/or industrial data


Déroulement des entretiens

Typical process includes 3 steps :

  • HR phone interview

  • Interview with operational team, aiming at testing your fit to the specific job,

  • Interview with one or several founders to validate the application
