We are seeking a skilled designer to develop a web designer for our Content Management System (CMS). This template will be used as part of our Professional Learning offering, designed to help training organizations create responsive eLearning courses that can be accessed across multiple devices and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Design research, content structure, and taxonomy will be provided to facilitate the designer’s work. This ensures that you can focus on crafting the visual identity and user experience based on a solid foundation of predefined pedagogical and content organization strategies.

In collaboration with our Product team and Learning Designer, you will be tasked with the following missions:

- Create an elegant, customizable visual identity (with adjustable variables like colors and fonts to align with clients’ brand guidelines).
- Design a comprehensive list of components that enhance the learning experience.
- Design interactive components (e.g., accordions, flashcards, etc.).
- Design an immersive and interactive user experience within the technical constraints of our CMS.
- Design page templates aligned with defined pedagogical structures (e.g., Course Overview, Module Introduction, Lesson Page, Evaluation).

You will collaborate closely with Instructional Designers, Product Owners, and Learning Designers to deliver materials that can be seamlessly integrated into the CMS. All designs must be compatible across multiple devices and environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Interface Design.

• Minimum 3 years of experience.

• Experience with SaaS products, AI tools, CMS, or LMS platforms.

• Experience in the EdTech sector, education, or Learning Design.
