In the context of an ambitious rebranding and brand evolution, we are seeking an experienced Senior Communication and Content Manager BtoB to join our marketing team. This role will be pivotal in defining and executing a BtoB content strategy that enhances brand identity and engagement within a highly competitive landscape.
The ideal candidate will bring both strategic insight and creativity, contributing to the successful repositioning of our brand in an evolving market.
Content production :
Create and drive our BtoB editorial strategy on all chanels to position our brand as a key opinion leader on corporate wellbeing. Share the brand tone of voice and guidelines to align the whole company on key messaging.
Content production: redact and deploy compelling marketing assets and campaigns, including emails, blog articles, videos, events, guides, customer testimonials, webinars, whitepaper, social media but also content for sales team
SEO : redact SEO optimised blog articles
Conduct market and customer research to understand the target audience and create relevant and engaging copy
Communication :
Identify the most effective consumer touch points for the brand and plan strategically your calendar and campaign in coordination with teams (Brand, Sales, Acquisition…) to increase awaraness toward HR target and generate qualified leads.
Act as the main owner of your plan from the brief to its delivery, managing budgets, internal contributors, freelancers..
Collaborate with the BtoC brand manager to deploy global marketing campaigns for the brand and ensure their coordination and monitoring.
Organise event and co-branding campaign in partnerships with targeted actors to increase our reach
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales team, to develop cohesive marketing materials, launch impactful activations to support our business.
Optimize your actions thanks to regular report on your campaigns, and deep understanding of our business and audiences
You will also be responsible for supervising and supporting an intern dedicated to BtoB content
Your training goal for your first 6 months
Onboard in the company, meet your key stakeholders and collaborate with them
Build your BtoB content strategy to support our brand image as well as our lead generation goals
Take part in our rebranding project, optimise our BtoB material to adapt it to the new identity and rolling out the most effective rebranding campaign to our BtoB audiences.
Conduct a customer research to better understand our personas and set-up processes with sales teams to act as a sales enabler
Organise our big BtoB annual event with our event & growth teams as well as our partners

At least 6 years’ experience as a content manager in a start-up or medium-sized company (B2B a plus)
Based in Paris only
Excellent copywriting skills
