YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES
Your main mission will be to bring value to our clients and help them tackle their biggest challenges. To do so you will be leveraging Hello Tomorrow’s extensive network of deep tech startups and experts. You will also collect data and run in-depth analyses to elaborate impactful recommendations for our clients.
As Senior Manager, you will sell and then drive ambitious client projects with your team. You will increase your understanding of the corporate innovation journey, build in-depth technical and business expertise in various fields, and see by yourself how new technologies are reshaping entire industries. You will also be involved in the steering of the consulting BU and the career path of several team members.
You will be supported by experienced Partners who will be challenging you (in a good way!), help you take the most important decisions, and who are sincerely committed to your professional growth.
WHAT WILL YOU CONCRETELY DO?
Contribute to commercial activity
Develop your own network of clients and partners to sustain the pipe
Lead pitch with potential prospects to introduce Hello Tomorrow & qualify needs
Build commercial proposals valorizing Hello Tomorrow’s assets and our team’s experience to best answer their needs
Deliver quality projects
Be responsible for the timely and qualitative delivery of assignments
Organize teams, shape methodologies and deliverables to do so
Key assignments include: trends & new market analysis, startup & technology scouting, corporate-startup collaboration and venture-building
Lead clients interaction
Be the face of Hello Tomorrow during assignments, ensuring a fruitful relationship and a good understanding of their needs
Nurture your network by engaging past clients in value-added content or events we organize in order to renew our partnerships
Develop some key accounts by successfully delivering pilot assignment before spreading to other teams and topics
Help to develop and grow our team
Manage the career path of several consultants (from staffing to evaluations and coaching)
Help shape the team’s dynamic and organize our internal team activities (recruitment, team life, training…)
Support BU management
Help the Consulting Steering Committee to manage the BU (KPI review, growth strategy, HR…)
Lead some internal taskforces (Marketing, Summit, Expertise, Training…)
Represent Hello Tomorrow and the consulting externally during webinars and events
This position will be a cornerstone of the team, with the possibility to rise to a Partner position in the future, becoming one of the shareholders of the company.
Gross salary 78 - 83K€ with a 8k€ performance-based incentive on top
Full-time contract (CDI), starting Q4 2024

Your previous experiences
You have solid foundations in consulting skills with at least 7 years experience in external client-facing roles in strategy and/or innovation management consulting firms
You have already managed consultants
You have a technical or scientific background (or have a good understanding and strong interest for technical subjects, from past experiences)
You have been involved in commercial activities: building and pitching proposals, and selling your own offers
Skills & talents you’re bringing to the team
You are fully fluent in both French and English
You have strong analytical skills, i.e. collecting, processing, and interpreting data in order to make informed decisions
You have good communication and presentation skills (you provide clear and concise information and adapt your communication style to the audience) and deliver meaningful presentations and produce high-quality reports
You are very well organized and rigorous
You enjoy providing support, guidance and growth opportunities to your team members
You lead by example and will embody our values internally and externally
