The OKR Methodology at iExec: Aligning efforts with strategic goals

At iExec, we work with the OKR (Objectives - Key Results) methodology to ensure that all our efforts are aligned with clear and measurable strategic goals. At the end of each year, we kick off a new cycle with 4 main objectives to achieve.

The year is then divided into 3 cycles, each with 3 to 4 Key Results (KRs) defined to help track our progress and ensure we stay focused on our priorities.

At iExec, priority is given to the KRs, which are often determined based on business challenges and goals. This approach allows us to remain agile while staying perfectly aligned with tangible, impactful results for the company.

Technical Roadmap 🎯

At iExec, the technical leadership team plays a key role in developing and managing our shared technical roadmap. Working closely with the different teams (Engineering, Platform Success, Research), they define development priorities and ensure that each project aligns with the company’s strategic objectives.

This team, made up of experienced leaders, ensures that development efforts are coordinated and focused, guaranteeing the impact and performance of the solutions we deliver. By prioritizing tasks and adjusting the roadmap based on market needs, user feedback, and technological advancements, they ensure the smooth progress of our projects while meeting the expectations of our clients and partners.

Agility⚡

We follow two-week sprints with daily stand-ups, planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives. When a specific topic or challenge needs extra attention, we create squads to focus on it. It’s a flexible and efficient way to work better together.

Recruitment process

  • A first conversation with Justine
    Our Talent Manager, Justine, will take the time to introduce you to the iExec universe and the specifics of the role. This is also your opportunity to showcase your strengths, share your ambitions, and explain what drives you to join us!

  • A technical test at your own pace
    You’ll receive a technical aptitude test to complete at home. Following that, you’ll have a debrief with one or more members of your future team. This is a great chance to discuss their day-to-day work.

  • A final interview with your future Manager
    This meeting is a crucial step to get to know each other better, explore the team’s goals, and ask any questions you might have.
