YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations
Work towards programmatic goals.
Understand the course schedule and ensure all the elements of the course that you are responsible for are ready for implementation.
Support Learner engagement alongside facilitators who will also be responsible for managing and engaging learners.
Provide basic tech support, such as troubleshooting access issues to the LMS portal and any connectivity issues, and password reset communications.
In the Learning Management system, ensure learners are registered and manage interactions and updates with learners.
Support the team with communications and marketing, such as with social media, sending emails via Mailchimp and updating the INCO Academy website with course details. This role will manage Mailchimp emails for the program.
Support the Lead Program Manager and Program Manager with partnership management and initiatives that are needed to successfully deliver programs with partners, such as with employment partners and non-profit partners.
Provide support to facilitators as needed.
YOUR SKILLS
Required
Demonstrated passion for social innovation, sustainable development, and/or Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in any of the following areas:
project management, client support, online training, educational projects coordination, partnerships, sustainability, non-profit management, account management, consulting
Relevant working experience in Tunisia.
Ability & agility to thrive in a fast-paced business-minded startup environment: at INCO we do the work of a non-profit with the mindset of a startup. This means our team members have a willingness to roll up their sleeves, dive into creative problem-solving, and get in the weeds with our partners in order to hit programmatic targets.
Strong experience with Learning Management Systems, such as Moodle or ability to quickly master LMS.
A patient and understanding nature with the ability to be calm under pressure, helpful and empathetic.
Open and adaptive mindset; able to work remotely, independently, and effectively in a geographically spread organization while ensuring clear & collaborative communications with your team through regular and transparent reporting.
Experience with command of productivity tools (e.g., Google Suite, Slack, Asana).
Experience in Excel, using advanced skills on a daily basis.
Excellent written and verbal English & French.
Fluent Arabic.
Some experience in virtual or offline workshop facilitation, or other event-related experience.
