Descriptif du poste

The primary goal of this position is to act as a Customer Champion and Advocate, help customers maximize the value of their investment, and collaborate on customer retention efforts:

  • Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned advertiser accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting both.

  • Ensure continuous improvement of processes, using the latest technology and in particular AI.

  • Review the customer journey, determine how it’s supported, and use a consultative approach to help clients overcome issues and achieve their goals.

  • Facilitate interaction and workflow among project team members, including third-party service providers, to ensure timely deliverables.

  • Collaborate, problem-solve, and/or strategize with team members to help us build our tools and industrialize most processes.

Salary package?

The amount will be based on the candidate’s profile

Profil recherché

Skill Set

Must have →

  • Fluent in both French and English

  • Strong skills in verbal and written communications, strategic planning, and project management

  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset

  • Ability to work effectively across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment

  • Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities

Nice to have →

  • Proficiency in using Intercom or similar tools

Experience

  • Proven experience in a SaaS B2B tools is highly desirable.

It would be nice if you have the following experience →

  • Three to five years of experience in customer success, marketing, account management.

  • Experience with the App Industry

It would be even better if you have the following experience →

  • Work experience in the growth/user acquisition department

  • Prior experience in the influence/social advertising arena

Education

  • Master’s degree from an engineering/business school.
