Descriptif du poste

Context

The Paris Brain Institute is dedicated to advancing the discovery of new treatments for neurological diseases by embracing cutting-edge technologies and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration. Its Data Analysis Core facility (DAC) supports researchers by developing innovative tools and analyses while promoting FAIR data governance. The DAC is expanding its team by hiring data managers to ensure data is handled, processed, and shared in a manner that is “as open as possible, as closed as necessary.”

You will serve as a key liaison, connecting the DAC’s data management and analysis teams, the microscopy platform (ICM.Quant), and the IT department, to align the tools with researchers’ needs and the broader open science strategy.

In short, you will:

  • Be a central point of contact for researchers concerning data management of imaging data
  • Ensure adoption of best practices in data management with documentation and hands-on training
  • Perform daily data management tasks, including uploading and annotating data within OMERO
