Long & diverse experience (10+ years) from sales to operations in international organisations spanning from industry to software.
Strong calling to lead cross-functional teams to provide elegant solutions to complex customers challenges.
Inspiring leadership and communication skills to build long lasting relationships, from customers to ecosystem.
Expertise in bottom-up Knowledge & Change management.
Expertise in Project & Success management to ensure value-driven customer acquisition, retention and upselling.
Advanced understanding of SaaS & GenAI technologies.
Advanced understanding of quality standards, compliance requirements, and industrial processes relevant to our customer base.
Perfectly bilingual French + English.
