You will be responsible for the value-driven customer development, retention and upselling. You guide our team growth towards excellence and supports our platform development towards industry benchmark.

This position demands a candidate who not only mastered the complexities of industrial environments but is also visionary about the future of Knowledge management. With very strong lean & project management skills, as much as sales & communication skills.

This is not an easy job. But it is fascinating.


Profil recherché

  • Long & diverse experience (10+ years) from sales to operations in international organisations spanning from industry to software.

  • Strong calling to lead cross-functional teams to provide elegant solutions to complex customers challenges.

  • Inspiring leadership and communication skills to build long lasting relationships, from customers to ecosystem.

  • Expertise in bottom-up Knowledge & Change management.

  • Expertise in Project & Success management to ensure value-driven customer acquisition, retention and upselling.

  • Advanced understanding of SaaS & GenAI technologies.

  • Advanced understanding of quality standards, compliance requirements, and industrial processes relevant to our customer base.

  • Perfectly bilingual French + English.
