YOUR FUTURE TEAM

Within the Group Cybersecurity GRC department, the Continuous Monitoring team is controlling the enforcement of L’Oréal Cybersecurity policies and standards and handling the cybersecurity reporting and KPIs. Reporting to the Continuous Monitoring manager, the Compliance analyst oversees the audits and the manual control implementation.

What a day in the life of the Compliance Analyst looks like:

Audit follow-up

  • Act as the Cybersecurity lead to handle coordination and communication with internal and external auditors.
  • Ensure the completeness and accuracy of proofs sent to auditors.
  • Validate the planning of each recommendation with relevant stakeholders and follow-up actions plans execution.
  • Analyze audits outputs, identify recurrent pain point, and define global action plans in collaboration with Zones & Business Platforms.
  • Lead or contribute to internal projects aiming to benefit to cybersecurity/IT audits.
  • Propose improvement in cybersecurity standards and policies based on audits results.


Security control implementation

  • Define the controls and attestations needed to control our cybersecurity policies and standards.
  • Follow-up their implementation within Service Now.
  • Collaborate with Zones / Business platforms to ensure their relevance.
  • Follow-up and animate the compliance journey.


Each day, you will be in interaction with various teams: cybersecurity Zones and Business platforms teams, group stakeholders and our partners, which is extremely stimulating because each team has its own context, constraints and security needs.

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Cybersecurity is required.
  • Having previous experiences in audit is a must.
  • Technical knowledge and experience in Information Technology, computing systems, network technologies, security operations, security technologies, systems integration, and the application of information security concepts.
  • Inquiring and analytical mindset. Rigorous with strong perseverance skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization.
  • Fluent in English.
