Teamwork is key to L2D’s success, and whilst time spent in the office is a positive stimulating experience, team members can choose to work from home up to ninety days every year. This can provide people with a better work-life balance through reducing their weekly commuting time. Everyone has their own laptop with modern and efficient communication software and has a secure connection to L2D’s server.

L2D’s offices are in the south-west of Paris (15th arrondissement), in a chic and lively district where the streets are lined with shops, restaurants, markets, and bakeries. The area is easily reached by public transport including Metro lines 8 and 12, a tram line and numerous buses.
The bright and airy offices are a great place to work, having been fully refurbished in 2020 to give a modern and comfortable feel, with many of the windows overlooking gardens. Facilities include an open plan office plus additional call booths, as well as two conference rooms, and a fully equipped break room. The team are all provided with high-end computing and communication tools, such as laptops, wide curved screens and electronic notebooks.
