Project Manager is fully responsible to successfully manage, execute, complete and handover multiple design hotel projects (existing and new building) giving support to Owning companies and ensuring that LHG standards are achieved in all properties.
Responsible for the compliance and fulfilment of LHG design guidelines in all new managed and franchised new openings. Look and feel execution control and reporting.
Ensure projects and construction control processes (Planning, budget control, implementation and reporting) are monitored and controlled.

👉Profil :
De formation supérieure en architecture/gestion de projet vous avez en 4 à 6 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de projet international dans le domaine du design, rénovation ou architecture.
*Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais et du français tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
*Déplacement très fréquents France & Europe.
