The apprenticeship / internship will take place within the Data Analytics team in the Data division. Your role will be to work on Web analytics topics with the other data analysts & related teams. You will have 2 main types of tasks:
Performance monitoring
At ManoMano, data is essential to assess the company’s day to day health. Your role will be to define, integrate in dashboards and interpret the main KPIs. You will be a key point of contact for teams on business results understanding.
Data modelisation and analysis
We have lots of ideas to improve the customer experience and a data perspective is crucial to make the right decision. You will have to carry out complex analysis based on ManoMano datasets. You will be responsible from start to finish: data collection and cleaning, calculation and choice of relevant axis of analysis, restitution and data visualisation.

Website performance analysis for each page / funnel step
Customer behaviour on our website/app segmented by customer type (prospect, regular, pro, etc.)
Products visibility : relevancy & visibility of a seller’s products on the different listing pages, CTR analysis, etc.
Traffic analysis : detection of bots, user sessions analysis
Cross device analysis between web & mobile apps
AB testing of new features in relation with the different feature teams
As part of the ManoMano data team, you will be highly involved in the improvements of our data usage with all other data teams (data science, date engineering, etc.)
Profile requirements
We are looking for a profile with both a strong analytical & technical mindset, and an important business sense. Ideally:
You are studying in a top engineering school
You are looking for a 6-months internship starting in the first quarter of 2025 and based in Paris
You have an analytical mindset, being able to translate a business need into the right analysis
You are used to work with Excel / Gsheet and with SQL
Data visualisation experience (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau) is a plus
A first experience in web traffic analysis is a plus (Google Analytics, Amplitude, MixPanel, etc.)
You are fluent in French and comfortable in English (oral and written)
You are organised, rigorous and adaptable
