YOUR FUTURE TEAM

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented senior HR Data Analyst to join our HR Data & Analytics Governance team. The HR Data Analyst will play a critical role in collecting, analyzing, interpreting HR data, and managing all official HR global reports such as CSRD, Group Annual Report… This position requires a strong understanding of HR metrics, data analysis techniques, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to various stakeholders.

What a day in the life of the Data Analytics’ team looks like:

  • On your job you have the responsibility to Act as PMO and expert for all official global HR reports:

    • Own all official global HR reports in coordination with Extra Financial Reporting team, HR Corporate Function Specialists and Corporate Legal Department.
    • Design reporting evolutions in collaboration with the Global HR Analytics Products Owner and HR Corporate Function specialists.

  • Also, you can Conduct recurrent HR data analysis (quarterly state of people…):

    • Create and deliver presentations and reports to HR leadership and other stakeholders, translating complex data into clear and actionable insights.

  • Would you be able to Run ad hoc HR data analysis:

    • Compile, and analyze HR data from various sources, including HRIS, employee surveys, and other relevant databases.
    • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Answer to HR community requests by providing quick analysis and/or extractions.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to:
    • understand their data needs and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
    • Educate HR community about HR insights interpretation.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HR analytics and data management.

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to have:

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role (at least 5 years)
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Power BI, Excel or similar.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors…) and data management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


And then for being the best candidate you can also have:
  • Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.
