🎯 Your Role & Impact

As a Lead Full-Stack Developer, your primary responsibility will be to lead and develop full-stack features for Mendo’s core web application—a highly embeddable AI-powered tool.

🔹 Tech Stack:

  • Front-end: Typescript & React

  • Back-end: Node.js

  • Infrastructure: Kubernetes

You’ll work closely with a small team of 1-3 developers, ensuring high-quality code while bringing your experience to help us continuously learn, innovate, and strive for technical excellence.

⚡ Your Main Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team of developers to build full-stack features (React/Node.js)

  • Reduce technical debt, plan, and execute routine refactoring

  • Identify and prioritize critical code sections requiring unit & behavioral tests

  • Mentor junior developers, share best practices, and foster a culture of continuous learning

  • Enhance CI/CD processes, ensuring efficiency in development workflows

  • Evaluate and integrate AI-powered solutions to continuously improve code quality


Profil recherché

  • 3-5+ years of experience in TypeScript

  • Proven experience in leading a team of developers and managing a repository

  • Hiring Manager Interview with CTO (1h00)

    Discussion with the hiring manager to dive deeper into your experience and skills relevant to the position.

  • Technical Interview (1h00)

    In-depth technical assessment to evaluate your core competencies and technical fit.

  • Final Round with Two Co-founders & Fit Interview (1h00)

    Discussion with Mendo’s founders to understand your vision alignment with the company’s future direction and cultural fit.

  • Reference Check

    Verification of past experiences and key achievements through reference checks.
