Descriptif du poste

Your primary responsibility will be to lead and develop full-stack features for the Mendo Back-Office and develop desktop components that enable Mendo to follow what the user is doing in real-time.

You’ll be working with 1-2 other devs and be responsible for the quality of the code. You are expected to bring experience into our team as we all love learning and helping each other, striving for excellence and cool new tech to try :D

Your main tasks :

  • Lead a small team of developers to develop full-stack features for Mendo back-office and desktop components

  • Collaborate with the product team to translate product requirements into technical specifications and ensure smooth integration of new features

  • Design and implement continuously better integration and validation systems on Desktop

  • Improve design of existing solutions

  • Continuously train junior developers. Implement routine calls to share best practices and spread knowledge.

  • Identify areas where more CI/CD process or tech are relevant

  • Select AI solutions to continuously improve code


Profil recherché

  • At least 3 years experience in typescript

  • At least 3 years experience with a low/medium level languages (c, c++, c#, java, rust) and desktop apps

  • Rigorous and diligent coding, natural sensitivity to software craftmanship

  • Experience in leading a team of developers and managing a repo

  • Driven by continuous development and working on, with and for the latest tech

  • Natural curiosity to understand how things work in-depth
