Your primary responsibility will be to lead and develop full-stack features for the main Mendo application, a web app that can be embed anywhere. The front is made using tailwind and react, and the back using nest.js. The infra is on Kubernetes.

You’ll be working with 1-3 other devs and be responsible for the quality of the code. You are expected to bring experience into our team as we all love learning and helping each other, striving for excellence and cool new tech to try :D

Your main tasks :

• Lead a small team of developers to develop full-stack features for Mendo application (react/node)

• Reduce technical debt, plan and execute routine refactoring

• Identify priority code sections requiring tests. Implement unit tests and behavioral tests when required

• Continuously train junior developers. Implement routine calls to share best practices and spread knowledge.

• Identify areas where more CI/CD process or tech are relevant

• Select AI solutions to continuously improve code

• At least 3-5 years experience in typescript

• Experience in leading a team of developers and managing a repo

• Rigorous and diligent coding, natural sensitivity to software craftmanship

• Driven by continuous development and working on, with and for the latest tech
