90% of our clients are industrial leaders such as LVMH, Bonduelle, Andros, Richemont, Sanofi, and Merck. We digitize international large enterprise shopfloor operations through intelligent workforce scheduling and next generation training solution. It allows them to foster people development and anticipate their operational needs. In the end, they earn time and efficiency, improve compliance and their operation resilience.
Beyond being a digital tool, Mercateam strives to empower millions of operational employees, helping them gain recognition and advance within their companies. Our ambition is to achieve annual revenue of several hundred million euros.
🚀 Responsibilities
Understand and develop our Ideal Customer Profile to define and execute associated sales and marketing strategies
Drive a top-down enterprise approach, quickly engaging with the right decision-makers (C-level) by building account plans and executing high-level strategies.
Manage the Sales team (7 people), ensuring the achievement of precise metrics such as CAC, LTV, sales cycle duration, and conversion rates.
Lead the New Business & Expansion strategy
Open new accounts on an international scale.
Represent the company’s commercial image as needed (conferences, board meetings, trade shows, etc.).
Achieve +€2M in New ARR per year within 18 months.
Close two deals exceeding €100K within 12 months.
Become an expert in top-down sales with key stakeholders (HR Directors, Digital Directors, Industrial Directors, CEOs).
Meet the RevOps sales ratios: A sale achieve *4 of Revenu / Cost
Establish a clear international sales strategy and demonstrate measurable progress.
Experienced Head of Sales with at least 5 to 10 years in SaaS enterprise sales, particularly in complex sales to large accounts.
Proven track record of closing at least three deals over €100K or a significant deal (>€300K).
You’re convince that complex sales is like a science, you own the sales methodology so you can provide reliable forecast and avoid gaps in knowledge in your deals
You’re rigorous, your expectations are high, you foster a high-performing culture by coaching your team to teach them how to exceed their targets
You’re experienced with sales tools like CRM, sales engagement platform, call recording
Embodies strong human values and seeks purpose in their mission.
In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, and team management.
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
Expertise in managing and motivating teams to perform in high-stakes environments.
