Descriptif du poste

Since the creation of Mercateam, our commercial growth has been exponential: every month, tens of top manufacturing sites start using Mercateam to help their employees being much more efficient.

Your role will be to conquer new industrial partners to accelerate Mercateam footprint allover the world.

Accompanied by the Chief Sales Officer, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Shaping and executing account strategies to create new business opportunities for Mercateam in France.

  • Be an account and sector expert, willing to self-source sales opportunities

  • Navigate complex organizations with multiple stakeholders throughout the entire sales process (from prospecting to contract signature)

  • Create value and have an industry consulting approach in the whole sales cycles

  • Ensuring proper and meaningful follow-ups on sales proposals with a result-driven approach until closing

  • Being in charge of the negotiation of contractual provisions from A to Z in order to attract new customers.

  • Representing Mercateam at trade shows and conferences in France and Europe.

As an Account Executive, your impact on Mercateam’s growth will be immediate and measurable: you will directly contribute to increase Mercateam ARR, while growing the company’s customers portfolio!


Profil recherché

Being Account Executive requires a wide skills set and a high level of energy:

  • Perfectly bilingual French / English is mandatory

  • Ambitious and challenger: You have a proven ability to exceed new business sales targets and drive continued revenue growth preferably with Mid and Enterprise Accounts (>100M€ turnover)

  • Experienced: You have strong full and complex sales cycle experience (5+ years of relevant closing experience) preferably in a technology/software environment, demonstrating a successful history of outbound prospecting and closing deals

  • Structured: you understand quickly, you will have to appropriate quickly the challenges faced by major manufacturers

  • Accountable and organized: you move forward methodically, following your prospects to the end

  • Open-minded and leader: You are known for your natural ability to build relationships, your leadership and negotiation skills

  • Tech savvy: You have an extensive experience with sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Sales navigator, etc).

  • Knowledge of the industrial sector is a plus!


Déroulement des entretiens

  • An HR call with Anaëlle, our Talent Acquisition manager - 45 minutes

  • A video interview with Marine, our Chief Sales Officer - 1 hour

  • A use case to complete at Home

  • Presentation of cases and discussions with Marine and Salim, Senior AE at Mercateam - 1 hour

  • A video interview with Adrien our CEO - 1 hour

  • Team fit to meet with members of the Merca - team 🙌 - 30 minutes
