As a Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for IT-related projects, in particular for building and managing integrations with customers’ HRIS systems. You will be in charge of all phases of interfacing deployment, from pre-sales identification, through initial technical configuration in tandem with the technical team, right up to production start-up with our end-users.
You will be part of the deployment team, responsible for implementing Mercateam’s solution once a partnership has been signed by the Sales team, and work closely with tech & product teams, teams that think and develop the tool and interfaces.
Your responsibilities are structured around 2 main areas:
In pre-sales, reassure prospects of our ability to meet their interfacing needs and provide them with support
After signature, gather and analyze the operational needs of clients in terms of data interfacing and provide recommendations, understand client’s technical capabilities and limits
Manage the timelines, milestones, and deliverables for integration and SSO projects
Document configurations and established connections clearly and comprehensively for the client project team.
Set up interfaces to ensure seamless integration with third-party systems (HRIS, ERP, LMS…) in collaboration with tech team
Oversee data synchronization using no-code solutions or APIs to guarantee smooth interoperability
Work with tech team to optimize and simplify interfacing to make the product more accessible and quicker to implement.

Technical Skills:
Javascript understanding
SQL
No-code integration/automation tools (Make,…)
Knowledge in API / SFTP / datalake integration
Languages: Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken (other languages will be a plus)
