Load and unload shipments (IT equipment, spare parts, racks).
Handle incoming shipments, including unpacking boxes, performing checks and moving them to defined locations.
Prepare and check-out parts as needed by Data Center Technicians.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure that proper stock levels are maintained to support build and repair activities.
Operate Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process and receive replacements.
Organize and perform scheduled deliveries and pick-ups to and from various locations.
Adhere to strict safety and security standards and maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of all workspaces.
Collaborate with external vendors to coordinate the supply of equipment and manage logistics-related contracts.
Rack receiving and pre-staging process.
You have at least 5 years’ successful experience in logistics.
Being able to read and take direction in English.
Being able to push or pull heavy objects into position.
Operate a manual forklift / trolleys.
Valid driver license is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient with computers and office suite (e.g. Google Workspace).
Strong understanding of shipping & receiving, inventory and warehousing practices.
Knowledge of IT Industry Logistics would be an advantage.
Punctuality; excellent organizational skills for orderliness; and ability to focus on multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure department objectives are met.
Demonstrated positive work attitude and committed to delivering quality work.
Work in a cross-functional team environment.
