• Load and unload shipments (IT equipment, spare parts, racks).

• Handle incoming shipments, including unpacking boxes, performing checks and moving them to defined locations.

• Prepare and check-out parts as needed by Data Center Technicians.

• Monitor inventory levels to ensure that proper stock levels are maintained to support build and repair activities.

• Operate Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process and receive replacements.

• Organize and perform scheduled deliveries and pick-ups to and from various locations.

• Adhere to strict safety and security standards and maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of all workspaces.

• Collaborate with external vendors to coordinate the supply of equipment and manage logistics-related contracts.

• Rack receiving and pre-staging process.

You have at least 5 years’ successful experience in logistics.

• Being able to read and take direction in English.

• Being able to push or pull heavy objects into position.

• Operate a manual forklift / trolleys.

• Valid driver license is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient with computers and office suite (e.g. Google Workspace).

• Strong understanding of shipping & receiving, inventory and warehousing practices.

• Knowledge of IT Industry Logistics would be an advantage.

• Punctuality; excellent organizational skills for orderliness; and ability to focus on multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure department objectives are met.

• Demonstrated positive work attitude and committed to delivering quality work.

• Work in a cross-functional team environment.
