Safran is an international high-technology group operating in the fields of aeronautics (propulsion, equipment and interiors), space and defense. Safran Aicraft Engines is a Safran Group company. Supported by nearly 15,000 employees spread across 31 sites in 9 countries, we design, develop, produce and market, alone or in cooperation, engines for civil or military aircraft, as well as for satellites.

In order to respond to the commercial success of LEAP, the production quality team is looking for its LSO Production Quality Technician on the Safran AE Villaroche site.

Your mission will be to control and guarantee the conformity of the products, be responsible for the Shop Finding Report and ensure that the resulting actions have been completed.
- Inspect and diagnose the condition of motors, modules and parts and decide on the status, determine the work to be carried out within the required time and cycle.
- Carry out inspection operations on motors, modules and parts in compliance with technical specifications
- Prepare reports (characterization) and control statements in Aerowebb, and in the Shop Finding Report.
- Verify that actions to respond to non-corformities in the Shop Finding Report have been carried out
- Check the traceability documents provided and guarantee the final repair control.
- Guarantee the final control and draw up the corresponding labels and release documents: white, yellow, purple, chamois label with red stripe.
- He must check the configuration of the part to be replaced and sanction it
- Compile, verify and validate the accompanying files for the processed materials
- Carry out a reception/shipment check of parts, modules and motors
- Initiate “Non-Quality” issues in the workshop and participate in their resolution with the Quality department.
- Train operators in Check Inspection control operations.
- Ensure control of parts being reintegrated before transfer to the Supply Chain.
- Direct the parts to be repaired or placed as "Non-Repairable Parts" in the production flow with the Supply Chain department.
