Lead and coordinate the organization of global events:
Establish the list of events (tradeshows, roadshows…) as part of the marketing plan
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as well as events organizers for smooth execution of the events plan
Manage events budget
Monitor events KPIs and evaluate ROI.
Support the execution of the marketing campaigns:
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, email, social media, print, etc.)
Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, content and product) and external agencies (content, lead generation) to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and assets
Support the day-to-day operations of marketing programs, ensuring that they run efficiently and effectively
Manage the inventory of marketing assets (printed and digital) and maintain the marketing stock room well organized
Data & Reporting:
Support in monitoring, tracking, and analyzing marketing campaign performance and KPIs
Help compiling data for ROI analysis, and other performance metrics
Help maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of marketing activities, spendings, and timelines.

Data & Reporting:

Bachelor or master degree in Marketing or equivalent
2-5 years of experience in a marketing support role in life science or other technology sector and in an international context
Rigorous, strong organizational and project management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiar with marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot…).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven skills in digital marketing, SEO, and social media platforms.
Ability to travel up to 10%.
Compensation: Fix salary 35-43kEUR + 15% annual bonus
