You’ll join the Product team.

As the Product Designer, you’ll oversee the entire Product Design lifecycle. This includes conducting user research, leading product discovery, creating high-fidelity designs, and developing detailed layouts for the development team. Your key responsibility will be ensuring that every design decision is rooted in user insights and aligns with our overall product strategy.

• The Product team consists of fifteen software engineers, two Product Managers, and one Product Designer. They focus on two main areas:

  • Broker Platform: A back-office for brokers to distribute our insurance and cyber-tools.

  • Stoïk Protect: An application for our insureds to set up cyber-tools (including Phishing module, External scan, Internal scan, etc.)

• A Brand Designer is also part of the Product team, working closely with the Product Marketing and Marketing teams:

  • Brand: General UI guidelines are collectively owned by the entire design team, including both Product and Brand Designers.

  • Assets: Our Brand Designer creates most assets for the Marketing team (including social media, events, merchandise, print, etc.)

• Key Responsibilities

  • User Research: Conduct research to understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors.

  • Customer Insights: Use feedback and testing to refine design solutions, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly product experience.

  • Product Design: Guide the design process from concept to execution. This includes wireframing, prototyping, and final design. Ensure all designs align with the product vision and user needs. Work with product managers to create intuitive user experiences.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management, engineering, and marketing teams to align product design with business goals and technical requirements.

• Qualifications

  • Working experience as a Product Designer is required,

  • Working experience in a rapidly growing startup is a plus,

  • Proficiency in English is a plus,

  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS and/or insurtech is a plus,
