The Frankie Shop is looking for an Influencer and Celebrity Assistant Intern/Trainee.
Within the marketing team you will report to the Influencer and Celebrity Manager and work directly with the team. 

You will assist the Manager in optimizing and developing the influencers relationships and ensure a high end service quality.

• Preparing shoppings in collaboration with the press and influencer assistants 

• Organize shipments and returns of shoppings for the European Market 

• Book messengers for Paris or carriers for international deliveries

• Daily communication with the various departments (Image team, Social Media, Collections, Logistics, etc.)

• Monitoring and managing the sample set, updating the shopping tracker and organizing products

• Checking influencers statistics 

• Consolidating and enriching the database 

• Support in monitoring publications and weekly/monthly reporting

• Press support depending on activity

Education : Communication, Commerce of Fashion school student 

Expérience : A first experience in fashion is a plus

• Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to adapt

• You are responsive and flexible 

• Computer skills: Word, Excel, Powerpoint. 

Fluent in French and English are mandatory.

Internship from September 2024 - Apprenticeship depending on the profile.
