As a Data Analyst/Engineer with at least 3y of experience as a full time employee, you are in charge Revenue Operations & data activities at Toucan.
You will work closely with our CEO and CFO, collaborate with team leaders and c-level on strategic ops and data projects which help our organisation to become more data-driven.

This role is needed to drive company OKRs execution and maximize business teams efficiency

• Design and optimize business processes and enable team alignment

• Facilitate communication and collaboration among sales, marketing, customer success teams and product to optimize customer experience and revenue growth.

• Contribute to manage and maintain Sales & Marketing stack

• Design and implement scalable and robust data architecture and infrastructure to support the organization’s data needs.

• Oversee the ingestion, modeling and integration of data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

• Define data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.

• Encourage stakeholders to take decisions, drive business and processes using BI applications & analysis

PROFILE

• 3y+ of experience in data analysis, analytics engineer and data engineering in building and maintaining data pipelines and data analysis in performing impactful report & analysis to business

• You are data-driven and proficiency in data visualization/BI tools, SQL & Python.

• Strong experience understanding SaaS business challenges and processes

• You are able to understand and navigate through technical topics without knowing all the details.

• You think creatively, and are able to develop and apply new approaches, programs and techniques

• Speaking French & English fluently
