Are you a data-driven marketer with a passion for shaping brand experiences and driving growth? As Marketing Manager at Upway, you’ll play a critical role in executing our marketing strategy, optimizing demand generation, and building a powerful, locally resonant brand. With a 7-digit marketing budget to manage, you’ll lead campaigns across multiple channels—from social media and influencer partnerships to calendar-driven promotions and special brand activations. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience and help position Upway as the go-to destination for affordable electric mobility.

Key responsibilities:

  • Demand Generation:

    • Own and drive the marketing strategy for your region, ensuring alignment with local and global objectives.

    • Deliver both immediate demand growth and sustainable long-term market success.

    • Manage a 7-digit marketing budget, optimizing spend for maximum ROI.

    • Set KPIs and measure the performance of marketing campaigns across all channels.

    • Test new ideas and iterate quickly to improve outcomes, ensuring constant learning and refinement of strategies.

  • Campaign Management

    • Plan, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns, ensuring they drive traffic and maximize conversions.

    • Manage calendar-based campaigns (e.g., Black Friday, holidays, back-to-school) to capitalize on seasonal opportunities.

    • Lead special brand activations that create buzz, enhance brand recognition, and engage customers.

    • Collaborate with creative agencies and operational teams to execute campaigns seamlessly and ensure all touchpoints are aligned with the campaign theme.

  • Partnerships & Affiliates

    • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to expand reach and drive customer acquisition.

    • Build and grow an affiliate marketing program, identifying and onboarding high-value affiliates to drive traffic and sales.

    • Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with partners, ensuring alignment with Upway’s brand and goals.

    • Monitor and analyze partnership performance, optimizing for ROI and scaling successful collaborations.

  • Social Media & Influencer Marketing

    • Oversee the strategy and execution of social media initiatives, working closely with the Social & Content Associate to ensure content is creative, engaging, and aligned with brand goals.

    • Identify and collaborate with influencers to run campaigns that build awareness, trust, and engagement within the target audience.

    • Analyze social media performance and influencer campaigns, leveraging insights to optimize future efforts.

    • Stay on top of trends and best practices to ensure Upway’s social media and influencer strategies remain innovative and effective.

  • Brand Building:

    • Own and shape the Upway brand’s positioning, ensuring it resonates strongly with local audiences while maintaining global brand consistency.

    • Develop and refine Upway’s brand voice and messaging, ensuring clarity, coherence, and impact across all touchpoints (digital, offline, social, etc.).

    • Implement and oversee CRM activations, using customer data to personalize messaging, improve customer retention, and create targeted campaigns.

    • Ensure brand coherence across all marketing channels and materials, including website content, social media, email campaigns, and advertising, to create a unified, memorable brand experience.


Profil recherché

  • Strong academic background.

  • 3-5 years in marketing, with expertise in digital and performance channels and proven success in driving demand in a consumer-focused environment.

  • Entrepreneurial, autonomous, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Hands-on approach, willing to dive into day-to-day execution while maintaining strategic oversight.

  • Creative and resourceful problem solver who can adapt to local nuances and understand emerging trends.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Native speaker in French, good speaker in English
