We work on various projects such as demand forecasting and pricing, 3D optimization of air freight or scraping competitor prices. Our applications are the preferred tool of companies such as SNCF, United Airlines, Qatar Airways or even PSG to visualize, analyze and optimize their capacity.

Your missions 🚀

As an AI Innovation Product Owner, you will be responsible for the development of innovative AI-powered solutions that will be integrated into CAYZN, our Revenue Management system. The solutions developed will be strategic components of tomorrow’s CAYZN, making sure it remains at the forefront of the industry.

Under the supervision of the CAYZN AI Product Manager, you will manage mid and long-term cross-team projects that will be critical additions to the existing AI pipeline designed to optimize our clients' commercial performance, while leveraging ticket prices and volumes.

The solutions will integrate in-house developed technologies (such as machine learning demand and elasticity modeling or time series processing techniques) as well as new specifically developed ones.

Your role will lead you to collaborate closely with technical teams (including Data, Machine Learning, and Software teams, as well as the CTO), product teams, clients and prospects.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Exploration :
    • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
    • Engage in active discussions with clients, stakeholders, and industry experts to gather insights
    • Analyze competitive solutions and emerging technologies to conceptualize innovative approaches
  • Proof of concept development :
    • Conceptualize the outlines of solutions answering the needs identified
    • Translate the conceptualized solution into actionable data science objectives
    • Work with data science teams to build a first version of the algorithm answering the need and thus proving feasibility
  • Industrialization :
    • Precisely define the specifications of the solutions in terms of data science, software and product / UX
    • Develop timelines, milestones, and deliverable schedules in collaboration with the teams involved
    • Synchronize the work of the teams involved
  • Implementation :
    • Oversee the first deployment of the solution with a client
    • Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
    • Monitor solution performance post-deployment to validate outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

Your profile 🔍

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a tech-driven environment
  • You ideally have a background in engineering or business, with strong experience in data-focused roles
  • You have experience in transportation, pricing, or consulting
  • You are rigorous, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering results with high impact
  • You are curious, proactive, and thrive on taking initiative
  • You are comfortable challenging ideas with a critical mindset and aren’t afraid to question existing processes or propose better solutions.
