We work on various projects such as ticket forecasting and pricing, 3D optimization of air freight or scraping competitor prices. Our applications are the preferred tool of companies such as SNCF, United Airlines, Qatar Airways or even PSG to visualize, analyze and optimize their capacity.

Your missions 🚀

As a Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining and automating our platform infrastructure and related tools used by all other technical teams. You will also contribute to educate engineering teams on DevOps culture and best practices.

In practice – even though there is no typical day – you can expect to:

  • Contribute to the Platform improvements, with the desire to learn and undertake new techniques in a fast-moving landscape and design & implement new architectures with the guidance of a Senior SRE
  • Improve architecture of Wiremind projects, making it easier to use/maintain, more resilient
  • Analyze and troubleshoot infrastructure-related problems, automate solution, in autonomy or with Software/Data Engineer(s)
  • Train Software Engineers to embrace the DevOps culture and the Platform tools, allowing them to be fully autonomous on their projects and their environments on a day-to-day basis
  • Contribute to Free/Libre and Open Source Software or Kubernetes SIGs in order to improve the Cloud Native landscape

Technical stack :

  • Orchestration: Kubernetes, Openstack, Gitlab, Docker
  • Monitoring/Logging: Prometheus, EFK (Elasticsearch / Fluentd / Kibana)
  • Languages: Python, Shell Scripting, Go
  • Back-end: Python, SQLAlchemy, Scrapy, Celery, Flask
  • Front-end: Angular, Typescript, Redux, D3js, three.js
  • Data-store: Postgresql, Elasticsearch

Your profile 🔍

  • You have an Engineering degree and a first experience in a SRE/DevOps role (up to 2 years experience). 
  • You have a solid foundation in Python or an equivalent backend language
  • You possess extensive knowledge of orchestration, automation, CI/CD, and instrumentation technologies
  • You demonstrate a clear understanding of distributed systems and software architecture
  • You're capable of managing system administration-related issues (Unix/Linux, networking, etc.)
  • You have excellent communication skills to guide technical and workflow changes across various teams
