The Wooclap Tech team is looking for a Growth Engineer Intern.
Mission
You will apply your engineering talent to business-oriented challenges ranging from acquisition, sales process, conversion and product adoption. You will help accelerate our growth for 2025 and beyond both of our self-serve subscription model and our B2B model.
Responsibilities
You will be in daily contact with the growth engineers and the growth lead in order to support their ambitions through technical solutions.
You will translate business requirements into effective tech ideas and implement them, either by carrying out custom developments.
We have exciting projects coming where developer expertise is needed, among which:
Build and improve lead gen funnels & user journeys both for upsell purposes
Work on Activation and improve areas that especially impact new users, like account setup and invitation flow
Build landing pages using our new CMS (we’re currently using Prismic)
Test scraping methods and automate tasks to strengthen our outbound strategy
Build a marketing and sales functions and workflows (e.g. trigger actions depending on the actions of the prospects/clients)
Improve the SEO performance through the implementation of technical optimisation

📦 Package
Paid internship based in Paris, in the dynamic and central co-working space of Schoolab (rue de Milan in the 9th arrondissement).
Training and development: 75 euros from Woocredit to enable you to purchase learning resources (online courses, books, etc.) during your internship!
Meals: €11 meals per day worked with the Swile card, 100% paid for by Wooclap.
Public transport: Reimbursement of up to 60€ of the Navigo pass (i.e. 71% of the pass).
Work equipment: Loan of a Macbook to work in the best conditions.
Reimbursement of the cost of mobile subscription up to €50 per month.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Master’s degree or in the final year of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and methodologies.
Understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
