Our mission is to bring excitement back to the recruitment process, helping people land their dream job! We are seeking a talented Senior Account Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit to launch and grow the sales of Welcome to the Jungle’s innovative HR technology in the US market.

Based in the North East Coast (preferably the New York area), you will play a pivotal role in our expansion, developing strong relationships with decision-makers in the HR and Talent Acquisition space.

  • As a Customer Success Manager, your role is to lead the creation, delivery, execution, onboarding and support for our customers’ Employer Branding (EB) content and profile in the US. You will become the US expert on EB content and profile creation.

  • Customer management and support: You will guide customers through the process and EB pre-production, ensuring they are prepared for and happy with the outcomes. You will be the main point of contact throughout the process, from onboarding them to seeing the content go live and publish the profile. This includes attending the shoots, to ensure the day is a success. You will also gather feedback to make continuous improvements.

  • Production support: You will be overseeing our EB customers in the US and responsible for the delivery of their high-quality video content & photo shoot. This involves coordinating and working with the global in-house production team.

  • Profile creation: You will be responsible for guiding our clients through the various stages of preparing, creating, and publishing their Welcome to the Jungle profile. This includes managing their employer branding content and key information (texts, job postings, key figures, etc.) as well as overseeing and finalizing the validation process with the client.

  • Customer adoption: You will be responsible for ensuring that our clients successfully adopt the product and make full use of the solution, achieving a high level of satisfaction.

  • We are looking for someone who is able to be both a skilled project manager, and an effective customer facing communicator. You are able to work with internal stakeholders, managing projects with various stakeholders, including the Production team in France.

  • You have strong customer relationship skills and excel at managing multiple long-term projects simultaneously, all while ensuring the best possible experience and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

  • You have strong proficiency in using cross-functional project management tools, effectively providing visibility on your progress and ensuring timely responses to client needs.

  • You need to be able to handle objections from customers, ensuring a positive outcome when the customers and our creative vision may differ.

  • Exceptional organisational skills, ensuring each project is a success from end to end

  • You have a knack for writing clearly and concisely, while also feeling comfortable speaking with various stakeholders, at various levels, in/out of the business
