We are currently looking for our Head of Digital Marketing with a proactive approach and an aptitude for hands-on strategy development. This role demands someone who can not only conceptualise and execute our digital marketing campaigns but also deeply understand the technical specificities of our field.
Responsibilities:
Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies using a variety of channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, Twitter, online reviews, third-party websites) tailored to the cybersecurity market.
SEO and Website Optimization: Lead the enhancement of our website for SEO, ensuring optimal performance in search rankings. Implement effective CTAs that convert visitors into leads, working closely with our content management team to align SEO and content strategies.
Digital Tools Proficiency: Utilise HubSpot for our digital marketing needs, managing campaigns, email marketing, and lead nurturing processes. Expertise in managing Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics is essential for tracking, analysing, and reporting on campaign performance and website metrics.
Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate effectively with our content manager, ensuring a seamless integration of SEO best practices into content creation and distribution. Guide and support the marketing team in achieving digital marketing objectives.
Performance Analysis and Reporting: Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals such as lead generation, website traffic growth, conversion rates, and other key metrics to inform strategic adjustments.
5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience across the spectrum of digital marketing channels with a strong focus on SEM/SEO, analytics and data-driven thinking
BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
Strong knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, ahrefs, SEMRush)
Strong knowledge of Ads platforms and techniques (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
Familiarity with CRM and Marketing Automation tools preferred
Demonstrable experience interpreting data from a variety of sources to make solid business recommendations
Strong project management skills including managing internal stakeholders
Good written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills
“Can-do” person, quick learner, self-motivated, autonomous and detail oriented
Fluent English, any other language a plus, position based in France or Singapore
