📋 Context
As Sales Operations Manager, reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will have a key role in Younited BtoB sales’ successes, supporting the acquisition strategy and helping the commercial teams to boost their productivity. To support Younited strong growth ambitions, we need to enhance the structure and processes of our commercial organization, and the Sales Ops has a key role to play in this transformation. You will be the key interlocutor between marketing and sales ensuring that both teams work together to maximize revenue potential and meet our objectives!
Acquisition strategy / Business insights
Work closely with Marketing & Sales to enrich new targets identification processes to identify untapped opportunities
Work with marketing and sales to develop a robust sales/account scoring framework for inbound and outbound deals, allowing for prioritized lead and account management based on clear criteria (account tiering and prioritization, Lead Scoring).
Sales processes efficiency
Establish standardized sales practices (activity levels, pipeline management, go live management)
Oversee sales tools : drive the adoption of hubspot as CRM and other sales-related tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Kaspr, SEMRush, etc.), propose other relevant tools to boost sales efficiency, oversee CRM data quality
Maximize sales automation (sequences, maximize the use of our CRM including IA processes, CRM data quality)
Enrich the Sales playbook to accelerate new comers’ on-boarding (Notion)
Sales Performance reporting
Sales performance track through ad-hoc analytical reviews and recurrent business reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly),
Analyze over/under-performance and propose solutions to improve the sales KPI
Build up sales performance dashboards (HS only)
Sales Planning
Sales territory : ensures account/prospects are correctly assigned to maximize conversion and boost account performance, inbound attribution (account attribution)
Sales capacity : work closely with the Head of Sales on new sales on-boarding
Sales objectives set-up (KPI nature, levels, etc.) (with the Head of Sales) and follow-up
3-5 years of professional experience, in a Sales Ops role and an analytical role (Analyst, Consultant, Finance roles, etc.)
You are a real team player with strong interpersonal skills who wants to interact with different stakeholders in the company
You have strong leadership skills and enjoy cross-functional teams animation
You are an autonomous, self-motivated and organized person.
You are a strong problem solver and a data lover
You are familiar with some or all of the following tools : Hubspot, LSN, Similarweb, PowerBI
