To continue strengthening our presence in the VC/startup ecosystem and to foster a dynamic community of investors and founders, we are looking for a passionate and motivated Start-up Success & Marketing Intern.
Main Objective: The intern will be responsible for developing our organization’s Marketing strategy, with a strong emphasis on positioning our Accelerator within the ecosystem. You will also contribute to strategic thinking and the creation of new initiatives to support our accelerator’s activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Accelerator Support:
Participate in the development and execution of strategies to enhance the accelerator’s visibility and its startup programs.
Support in promoting the accelerator’s success stories, focusing on startups’ achievements and investor involvement.
Collaborate with the Accelerator Program Director to manage mentoring programs, accelerator content, and investor relations.
Work closely with the program team to manage marketing efforts.
Brand Positioning:
Strengthen our presence on social media platforms (primarily LinkedIn).
Manage and update content on our website.
Educate the market about investment opportunities through content creation such as articles, videos, and social media posts.
Create and edit videos to promote our programs, startup stories, and investor successes.
Events:
Engage and activate our community of mentors & entrepreneurs.
Organize events such as trade shows, breakfast meetings, webinars, cocktails, and other networking events.
Coordinate and grow community events to strengthen connections between investors, mentors and startups.
Reporting & Tracking:
Monitor and measure the impact of marketing & accelerator activities.
Propose improvements based on performance analysis.
Reporting Line: The Marketing Intern will report directly to the Director of the Accelerator Program and will work closely with Inovexus’ top management and Partners.
Required Skills:
Currently enrolled in the final year of a Master’s program at a top business/management school (Master 2).
Proficiency in social media management.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Video creation and editing skills are highly valuable, as multimedia content is a core part of our engagement strategy.
Interest in startups, venture capital, and the innovation ecosystem.
Fluency in English is mandatory. An international background or cross-border experience is a strong plus, as many of our activities are global in scope.
Fluent in French, must be able to discuss business topics with founders and mentors in French.
Previous experience in the VC/Startup ecosystem is required.
Interview Process:
First interview (in English) with Matteo Trulli, Startup Success Manager.
Second interview with Tom Revil, Director of the Accelerator Program.
Final meeting with Inovexus Partners.
