Your Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Advise the CEO on technical decisions to achieve company goals and execute the commercial strategy effectively. Your insights will be crucial in aligning technical initiatives with our business objectives.

• Innovation & Execution: Lead the development team in tackling intricate optimisation challenges. Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive our product and tech portfolio to new heights.

• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the CEO and other stakeholders to make informed, impactful technical decisions. Enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the technical team through exceptional leadership and clear communication.

• Market Awareness: Stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies to ensure that ModaResa remains a leader in the industry. Incorporate cutting-edge solutions to continually improve our offerings.

• You have hired, managed, and lead teams of minimum 5 people over a period of minimum 2 years

• You are passionate about optimisation algorithms, upon multiple constraints

• You are used to working with an agile framework/lean/kanban methodology

• You have minimum of 5 years professional experience in Node.JS/React/JS frameworks

4. Second technical test with external technical advisor (45 minutes)

5. 1 - 2 hour in-depth interview on your past professional experience with founder in person in Paris.
