Position Overview

The bilingual (Korean/French) Finance and Accounting Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining financial tools and processes to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial data and reporting. This position will be a key link between Stanley Robotics in France and HL Robotics in Korea, focusing on improving accounting and financial operations while ensuring consistent reporting to the parent company. The successful candidate will provide seamless communication and collaboration between Stanley Robotics and HL Robotics.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Planning & Reporting:
  • Assist with budget preparation and forecasts, ensuring group alignment.

  • Analyze discrepancies between forecasts and actual results and propose corrective actions.

  • Manage monthly and quarterly financial reporting, compliant with French and Korean standards.

  • Consolidate and report financial data to HL Robotics

  1. Financial Analysis & Decision Support:
  • Provide financial analysis for strategic decisions.  

  • Monitor performance using KPIs and alerts.  

  • Align financial processes with corporate standards.  

  • Support cost analysis and pricing strategies.

  1. Accounting & Treasury Management:  
  • Oversee billing and collections accuracy.  

  • Ensure proper financial records and deadline compliance.  

  • Monitor cash flow and support financial investments.  

  1. Cross-company Coordination & Communication:  
  • Serve as the liaison between Stanley Robotics and HL Robotics for financial communication.  

  • Coordinate with Group Finance and auditors on compliance matters.  

  • Facilitate integration of financial systems between the companies.

Preferované skúsenosti

  • Bilingual in Korean and French (written and spoken).  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.  

  • 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting.  

  • Knowledge of French and Korean accounting standards.  

  • Proficient in financial software (e.g., Google Suite, ERP).  

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
