The position

Job description

Aeven’s Automation, AI & Tools division is at the forefront of delivering a comprehensive suite of integrated technologies encompassing Infrastructure Automation, RPA, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Monitoring, ITSM, and CMDB. With an extensive portfolio that combines enterprise-grade solutions and in-house innovations, we facilitate Aeven’s growth journey, offering both traditional on-prem infrastructure and application outsourcing as well as hybrid cloud services. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the ITSM team 

  • Participate in the technical verification of the current customers ITSM ServiceNow 

  • Verify the current documentation and if needed update/create the documentation 

  • Efficiently handle defects, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to service delivery. 

  • Start the Handover to Operations (HOTO) from customer 

  • Ensure the hiring of employees for the ITSM team 

  • Becoming the Becoming the technical lead of new team in Aeven on ServiceNow 

  • Being part of the transition project 

  • Central role in future customer dialogue

Preferred experience

  • The ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications and experience: 

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in a related field. 

  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture 

  • Proven expertise in designing and implementation complex Service Now solutions, including custom applications and integrations to third party vendor tools. 

  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages. 

  • Problem-solving and communication skills. 

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and guide teams. 

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams. 

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of documentation practice.
