Our department is delivering build (projects) and run (support) services for the main DHL website www.dhl.com. To enhance a functionality of the existing platform we will be expanding our footprint by setting up a new development team which will transition existing product from an external vendor and continue its development in the future.

The Scrum Master in Customer Journey team will lead the Agile process in a small the software development (4 team members) and closely work with the product owner on product strategy, backlog refinement and preparation of user stories for the development team to ensure the successful delivery of the microservice. It’s also an opportunity for young talents with enthusiasm for IT to grow their career in IT world.

Hello, my name is Lukas and I am the manager of this newly formed team. I joined DHL IT Services in 2021 as project manager for development of Express Mobile application. After the successful delivery in 2022, I moved onto the Customer Journey project in an operations and collaboration oriented role of a service owner, and have remained there until now. This role and working at DHL is providing me with the right balance of support and challenges, which I have been able to transform into opportunities to develop my knowledge, skills and career, as well as to meet people from various backgrounds and thus broaden my view of the world. In 2023 our organization made a significant shift and came with true DevOps approach fully integrating the development and operations areas together. Since then the overall team is providing end to end delivery from idea to implementation. We are looking forward to having you onboard!
