The position

Job description

For an international luxury brand, you will be directly reporting to the e-business Project Manager, in charge of e-services for the boutiques in Europe.

Our client is seeking an Animation e-Coordinator to help set up, manage, and optimize the event platform. This role will be key in rolling out the system to the brand boutiques in Europe and ensuring its success during major retail events.


You will work closely with:

Retail Operation Team, to keep track of all the events happening in the boutiques.

→ The Queuing & Boutique roll-out Team, to understand the tools, its specificities & proposing tool evolution.

The Marketing Local Teams of different divisions for tailor made events & to ensure brand equity in the execution.


Responsibilities include two main streams:

EVENT MANAGING (80-90%)

>> You are responsible for creating a single view on all events in EMEA.

>> Your role is to create & set up the events on the differentBRAND.com in order for field teams, local market teams to communicate and organize the upcoming events.

Main tasks:

  • Create and execute the event planning with stakeholders.

  • Consulting with Europe Retail Coordinator to gather event’s requirements.

  • Event configuration within the event platform.

  • Coordinate with markets for language adaptations.

  • Overseeing system performance during high-traffic retail events.

  • Mapping all event typologies and highlighting event priorities.

  • Create clear processes/templates for event creation to optimize event.

EVENT SYSTEM OPTIMIZATION (10-20%)

>> You are responsible for updating the team on boutique, users feedback & tools improvements.

Main tasks:

  • Share events KPIs & floor feedback.

  • Creating playbooks and providing training on using the system. Maintain operation retail teams up to date. Build a long term vision & plan training if necessary.

  • Identifying opportunities for system enhancements and new features.

  • Providing post-implementation support and issue resolution for boutiques.


Preferred experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management or a related field.

  • 3-4 years of experience.

  • Solid project management skills and a sense of urgency to prioritize, orchestrate tasks and deliver on time while ensuring the highest quality standards.

  • Multi-tasker.

  • Communication skills, as this position is at the center of several teams.

The ideal candidate has:

- Strong organizational abilities. Working in fast paced environments.

- Attention to detail & understanding of luxury brand execution standards.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.

- Fluency in English and French required; knowledge of other languages a plus.

- Willingness to travel to boutique locations as needed.
